ORDER :
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“ to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in entertaining and simultaneously adjudicating the Appeal RC.No.D2/168/2012 on par with the adjudication with the civil court proceedings i.e., O.S.No.122/2012 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge Anantapuram is arbitrary, illegal, besides infraction of A.P.Rights in Land Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to reject the Appeal No D2/768/2012…..”
When the matter came up for hearing, Sri.N.Vishnu Vardhan, learned counsel representing Sri.Kunchem Mahewara Rao, learned appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled out of the court and hence no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. The said fact is neither disputed nor denied by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
