ORDER :
Learned counsel for the petitioners after preliminary arguments would submit that the petitioners have been in possession of the subject land for more than hundred years and in spite of their representations, the Government has not granted pattas to them and therefore they propose to establish their adverse possession before competent Civil Court to vindicate their rights in respect of the subject land and requested to dismiss the writ petition.
Noting the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
