This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 1 to 5 in not considering the representations filed by the petitioners on 01.11.2016 requesting demolition of aquaculture ponds situated in Government land admeasuring an extent of Ac.45-00 in Survey Nos.383, 332 to 410, 411 and 414 of Raghavavaripalem, Aruru village, Chittamuru mandal, SPSR Nellore district as arbitrary and illegal.
When the Writ Petition came up for admission on 21.11.2016, the Tahsildar was directed to cause inspection of the subject tank and file status report, but the status report is not filed. However, learned Government Pleader, based on the instructions, submits that notices were issued in 2016 to the unofficial respondents herein and that they voluntarily closed the aquaculture ponds in the subject survey numbers.
Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.13 submits that his client is not doing any aquaculture operations in the subject land. None appears for the other unofficial respondents.
In view of the categorical statement made by the learned counsel for respondent No.13, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. However, if the unofficial respondents operate the fish/prawn ponds without any permission whatsoever or contrary to the permission, the official respondents are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There
shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in
this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
