Heard Sri G. Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners reported that they have already given NOC in respect of the petitioners in W.P.No.25167 of 2021. In view of the said submission, this Hon’ble Court permitted the other unofficial respondents’ counsel for the 5^ respondent to take out personal notices to the petitioners vide order dated 07.04.2022. Pursuant to the said order, the counsel for the respondent No.5 served the notice and filed proof of service on 11.07.2022. Even though the notice was served upon the petitioners, the petitioners did not appear before the Court either in person or through the counsel.

2, Learned counsel for the unofficial respondent No. 5 and the petitioner in W.P.No.3937 of 2021 submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Hon’ble Court dated 09.03.2022, the authorities concerned conducted survey in the presence of the petitioners as well as the respondents as directed by this Hon’ble court in the subject land. Pursuant to the said survey, it was identified that the petitioners are encroached the land of public roads and got constructed the houses. The said fact was

brought to the notice of this Court after conducting survey, but no survey report was filed herein. The said contention was confirmed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 also confirmed the said contention admitting that the petitioners have encroached the land. 3. In view of the compliance of the orders of this Hon’ble Court, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate steps for removal of the encroachments by following due process of law as contemplated under the Act. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
