ORDER:-

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner and her mother dated 9.6.2006, 29/30.6.2006, 15.5.2012, 19.10.2020 and 19.7.2021 for compassionate appointment, in view of death of the petitioner’s father late Kalapala Ananda Raju during his service, as illegal and arbitrary; consequently direct the respondents to consider the above said representations for compassionate appointment, in view of death of petitioner’s father.

Heard Mr. Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing for the respondents. Perused the material available on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner and her mother gave representations dated 9.6.2006, 29/30.6.2006, 15.5.2012, 19.10.2020 and 19.7.2021 seeking compassionate appointment in view of death of the petitioner’s father late Kalapala Ananda Raju. But, the respondents have not taken any action so far. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that there is no endorsement on the said representations. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, liberty may be

given to the petitioner to make a representation afresh to the 3^rd respondent, and thereafter, it may be disposed of in accordance with law, by stipulating the time period.

Learned Government Pleader Services-II, appearing for the respondents, does not refute the said submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and without touching the merits of the case, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit representation afresh to the 3^rd respondent with regard to her grievance, within fifteen days from today; and on receipt of such representation from the petitioner, the 3^rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within four weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
