ORDER:-
Mr. G. V. L. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks
permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, on the ground that the respondents have granted increments and notional seniority along with arrears of pay and allowances to the petitioners.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand dismissed.
