ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The grievance of the petitioners is that their ‘me-seva application’ for survey of certain land in Sy.Nos.86/5B and 86/5D of Senivada Revenue Village was not considered.
In the counter affidavit filed by the State, it is very clearly averred that no details of the said ‘me-seva’ application are available and that the petitioners also did not furnish the requisite data for the same. It is also pointed out that in an earlier instance; the application submitted by the petitioners for de-notification of the said land was rejected. Learned Government pleader points out that in the said application, the data was clearly given and so the same was processed.
This Court also notices that in the rejoinder affidavit filed, the writ petitioners themselves have agreed that they are ready to submit a fresh application. A reading of the

rejoinder also does not disclose the requisite particulars of the
‘me-seva’ application.
Hence, this Court is of the opinion that in this case no further orders need be passed.
The writ petition is therefore disposed of leaving it open
to the petitioners to pursue their remedy. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
