ORDER:
This Writ Petition for a mandamus is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in making an attempt to dispossess the petitioner from the lands in question, without following the due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, sought direction to respondents 3 to 6 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the said lands.

No.370/32; an extent of Ac.0.88 cents covered by Survey No.370/33 of Ponduru Village and Mandal, Srikakulam District, and that they are not interfering in any manner with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the said lands.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
