ORDER:
In view of the letter submitted to the Court on
22.11.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that a charge-sheet has already been filed in the case.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,
shall stand closed.
