ORDER:
Heard Sri T.Vinod Kumar, counsel representing Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India representing the 1st respondent, and Smt.V.Uma Devi, Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4.
2. Both the learned counsel would agree that the subject matter in this writ petition is covered by the common judgment in W.P.No.16054/2006 & batch and W.A.Nos.42 & 41 of 2020 dated 29.11.2019 and hence, this writ petition can be disposed of in terms thereof.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission and in view of the common judgment in W.A.No.1268/2014 & batch dated 20.03.2019 and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the matter in LCID No.138/2001 is relegated to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Hyderabad for adjudication afresh in terms of the common order dated 20.03.2019 in W.A.No.1268/2014 & batch passed by the Division Bench of the erstwhile High Court at Hyderabad. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
