HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO
W.P.No.29486 OF 2021
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:
(i) declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not activating the petitioner’s Aadhar Enrolment Kendra services and
(ii) declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing Endorsement vide Rc.No.9/2020/AO(Meeseva), dated
09.09.2021 insofar as permitting the petitioner to shift his Aadhar Enrolment Kendra to Grama Sachivalayam Nandivelugi-I, is concerned
as illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the
Constitution of India and consequently
(iii) direct the 3rd respondent to activate the petitioner’s Aadhar
Enrolment Kendra services [Aadhar Credential ID: SUP_AP_6058 (Station ID:31352)] and
(iv) direct the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to locate his Aadhar Enrolment Kendra within Tenali Municipality limits

and pass such other order or orders as deem fit and circumstances of the case.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to respondents 2 to 4 within two weeks from today seeking the reliefs as prayed for in the writ petition, in which case the respondents shall consider the representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with governing law and rules within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate to the petitioner. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
