ORDER:
The petitioners are in occupation of small extents of land in Sy.No.123/2, Vadlapudi, Visakhapatnam. They have raised temporary sheds and are carrying on various petty businesses. The petitioners have now approached this Court with the complaint that the officials of the 2nd respondent have sought to dispossess them from the said land without following due procedure established by law.
