ORDER :
Learned Government Pleader produces a copy of the death certificate dated 17.06.2022 showing that Sri Veeravar Todarmal Janardhana Thatraj-contempt petitioner has expired.
Since this is an election petition, the cause of action does not survive. It is also represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the family members have expired due to Covid.
In that view of the matter, the election petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
