The matter is posted under Specially Identified Cases.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:-
“……to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents for their unauthorized interference over the petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of house site patta granted under the proceedings No.2CD3420/07 dated 18.09.2007 to an extent of 9 Ankanalu situated at Survey No.206, 3b 3c, Ambedkar Nagar, Nellore, without following the due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14,16,19,21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner except in accordance with Law and pass such other order or orders….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant
Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents
and perused the Para wise remarks dated 16.09.2022 furnished by
the 4th respondent.

“The respondents herein not threatened to her at any time. It is the only apprehension of the petitioner. Even though, the respondents herein not initiated action against her, the Writ Petitioner filed this petition before Hon’ble Court without any valid reasons.”

29.01.2021 absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
