ORDER:
The petitioner had been awarded the contract for taking up the “Neeru-Chettu” programme for Construction and commissioning of Neeladevipuram Lift Irrigation Scheme on Nagavali River in Burja Mandal of Srikakulam District, vide Agreement No.44/2016-17 dated 06.08.2016. After execution of the said works, final bills for Rs.37,75,857/-, Rs.76,82,800/-, Rs.75,66,643/-, Rs.11,81,492/- and operation charges of Rs.1,41,000 /- had been prepared and submitted to the concerned for payment. As the payment of the said amounts has not been made by the respondents, the petitioner had approached this Court, by way of this writ petition.
