ORDER:
It is submitted that the auction of the lease hold rights of shopping complex have been finalized and the shops have been handed over to the successful bidders.
As the Writ Petition was filed for stopping the said
auction, nothing further survives in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall
stand closed.
