ORDER:

The petitioner was running a retail outlet dispensing petroleum products of Respondent No.2 Corporation. The said supplies are said to have been suspended by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 on the ground that there are dues pending against the petitioner.

It is the contention of the petitioner that no dues are pending and to clear this issue, the petitioner had sought statement of account from 01.09.2021 to 31.12.2021 from the respondent Corporation.

The petitioner has now approached this Court by way of present Writ Petition with a complaint that the said details are not being furnished to him and the further request of the petitioner is that the General Manager of Corporation should go into these details also not being accepted.

Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, submits that there are dues arising even in February, 2022 also. He further submits that the Corporation is ready and willing to furnish a copy of the statement of account dealing with the transactions between the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 4. He further submits that in the event of any discrepancy is being pointed out by the

petitioner, the same would be addressed to an appropriate authority of the 2^nd respondent Corporation and in the event of any further difficulties, the dispute shall be resolved under the terms of dealership agreement.

In view of these submissions, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission:

a) with a direction to respondents Nos.3 and 4 to furnish copy of the statement of account of the petitioner, available with the respondent Corporation, for the period 01.01.2021 to 30.06.2022, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

b) Thereupon, the petitioner would be entitled to verify the statement of account and point out the discrepancies, according the petitioner, in the said statement of account.

c) Upon such discrepancies being pointed out, the General Manager of the 2^nd respondent shall verify these discrepancies to resolve the same within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of the discrepancies pointed out by the petitioner.

d) In the event, the General Manager disagrees with the contentions of the petitioner, the same will be intimated to the petitioner within two (02) weeks of the lapse of the two weeks given to consider the representation of the petitioner. Thereafter, it would be open to the petitioner to avail his remedies under the dealership agreement or such other remedies as the petitioner may deem fit.

e) As far as the future supplies are concerned, the respondents shall supply petroleum products on advance payment of value of the products.

f) The said supplies shall be only till the above process

is completed.

g) There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
