ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"..... to issue writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or orders declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the Property situated for an extent of 120 Sq. Yards in Sy. No.103/2 situated at Toorangi, Kakinada Rural Mandal, East Godavari by issuing notification for extension of National High Way vide Old N.H.214 (New N.H.216) issued by the 1st Respondent dated 16.09.2014 which is published on 30.09.2014 and without considering the objections raised by the petitioner dated 13.10.2014 which is illegally arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the said notification dated 16.09.2014 and to pass such other order or orders..."
learned Standing Counsel for N.H.A.I. on instructions submits that the petitioners were paid compensation with

all other statutory benefits and the petitioners also accepted the compensation.
petitioners did not oppose the said submission.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if
