JUDGMENT:-
Sri K.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 05.03.2022 to the Registrar Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
“ The writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the above writ petition since the order impugned in the writ petition was withdrawn by the university. Therefore the office may be directed to post the above writ petition before appropriate court for withdrawal.”
Smt. N.Anula, learned counsel for the respondents has no
objection.
In view of the letter dated 05.03.2022, the Writ Petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
