This Second Appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short ‘CPC’) is filed by defendant Nos.2 and 3, aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 15.09.2016 passed in A.S.No.50 of 2015 on the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 31.12.2012 passed in O.S.No.603 of 2009 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil judge, Kurnool.
