JUDGMENT:-
This Second Appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short ‘CPC’) is filed by the defendants, aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 10.07.2019 passed in A.S.No.29 of 2018 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Razole, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 09.01.2018 passed in O.S.No.214 of 2006 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Razole.
