ORDER:
Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are in attendance and submit that the claim and the counter claim stood resolved by an Award dt.05.03.2020 of the District Legal Services Authority, Rajahmundry in Lok-Adalath. In these circumstances, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Second Appeal. Since the matter has been resolved between the parties the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs.
