ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.Swarupa Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri B.Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 6.
All the learned counsel admit that the order of this Court has been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case.
Noting the said submission, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
