Civil Revision Petition No.773 of 2019
ORDER :
This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is directed against the order, dated 28.12.2018, dismissing I.A.No.1573 of 2018 in O.S.No.105 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, filed under Order VI Rule 17 CPC to permit the petitioner/ plaintiff to amend the plaint.
2 . No representation for the revision petitioner. Respondent Nos.3 to 6, 9 and 10 are shown as not necessary parties to this revision. The 2nd respondent died. Sri C.Sambasiva Pratap , learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 7 & 8 is present.
3 . In spite of giving ample opportunity to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole revision petitioner on record, no steps have been taken within the period of limitation, as can be seen from the docket orders recorded on 13.10.2022 and 21.10.2022.
- 4 . Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
