ORDER :
Sri A. Lalith Nikhil, learned counsel representing Sri.Turaga Sai Surya, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that a letter was given to the Registrar (Judicial) reporting settlement of the case between the parties and intention to withdraw the revision petition.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 is present and reported no objection to withdraw the revision petition, since the matter was settled between the parties.
Though notice was served on R-2/J.Dr, no appearance has been made.
In view of the letter of the withdrawal and no objection from R-1, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
