ORDER:
The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.121 of 2021, on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapuram, for the offences under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that certain loan eligible cards stored in the Tahsildar’s Office, Yelamanchili, had been stolen and the petitioner had produced one such card before the Senior Branch Manager, Vijaya Bank, Narsapuram, for obtaining loan. This fact came to light when the Senior Branch Manager, Vijaya Bank had sent the said loan eligible card for verification to the Mandal Office along with the pattadar passbook. On the basis of these facts, a complaint was filed before the Investigating Officer, who had thereafter filed a charge sheet after investigation.

She would submit that there has been no recovery of such a card or seizure of the card. She would further submit that in such circumstances, no case is made out against the petitioner.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
