ORDER:
The petitioners are said to be involved in certain
civil disputes with respondent Nos.4 to 6 in relation to Ac.1.50 cents of land in Sy.No.95/A4 and Ac.3.00 cents of land in Sy.No.95/A5 of Madhavaram Village, Velgode Mandal, Kurnool District.

Home has produced written instructions given by respondent No.3. In these written instructions, it is stated that Crime No.210 of 2022 was registered against the petitioners under Sections 447, 324, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and that the vehicle of the petitioners mentioned above had been seized on account of investigation of the said crime. It is further stated that this vehicle had been produced before the Magistrate and is presently under the control and custody of the Court.
