ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State.
At the time of considering the matter, it is stated that subsequent to registration of Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of C.I.D., Mangalagiri Police Station for the offences under Sections 420, 120(B) r/w 34 of IPC, the police have investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet, which is challenged in Criminal Petition No.5099 of 2022.
In view of the same, the present Criminal Petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall
stand closed.
