This Criminal Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.75 of 2016 on the file of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Vijayawada city against the petitioner/A2.
It is represented by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the police have conducted investigation and filed charge sheet which is numbered as CC .No.639 of 2021 on the file the learned IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the said submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
