This Criminal Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.112 of 2017 on the file of Chagalamarri Police Station, Kurnool district against the petitioners/A1 to A8.
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that
the police have conducted investigation and filed charge sheet and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for
the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any,
pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
