ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State.
At the time of considering the matter, it is stated on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to filing of the present Criminal Petition, the police have investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.
In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to challenge the same.
Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies against the charge sheet.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
