ORDER:
Sri. G. Gopinath appearing for A. Pandu Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing further served in this Contempt Case and seeks to withdraw the Contempt Case.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as
withdrawn. There shall be no order as to cost.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall
stand closed.
