ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents by paying the total due amount claimed by the petitioner. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Case.
Learned counsel for the respondents also accepted the same.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents, the present Contempt Case is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
