ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India seeking the following relief:-
“….to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to delete the names of the unofficial respondent Nos. 5 to 7 in the web-land (1B (ROR) Aangal ect.) with reference to our lands in an Ac. 0-28 cents in Sy. No. 3/6, Ac. 0-22 cents in Sy. No. 3/2A, Ac. 3-43 cents in Sy. No. 3/1, Ac. No. 0-32 cents in Sy. No. 24/1B, Ac.0.79 cents in Sy. No. 28/3C, Ac. 0-21 cents in Sy. No. 3/2B, Ac. 0-88 cents in Sy. No. 3/2C and Ac.0-51 cents in Sy.No. 24/2F total extent of Ac.6-64 cents 3-34 cents out of total extent o AC13-87 cents in various survey numbers situated at Chinnapanduru village fields, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, Chittoor District by suspend the 4th respondent order dated 14-03-2021 in D.DIS.ROR/…./2020 and pass such other order...”

in “ The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh1 ”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner dated 21.03.2021 and 26.03.2021, I find no other alternative, except to issue such direction.
As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
