ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-
“....to issue Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of nonreleasing of funds pursuant to G.O.Rt.No. 545 Water Resources (LA) Department dated 5.11.2020 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of rights guaranteed under Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India”
It is represented by Sri P. Mallik, counsel representing Sri. Balla Raindranath, learned counsel for the respondents that the compensation amount was already paid to the petitioners herein. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
