ORDER :
Sri P.V.N. Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to file fresh petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file petition afresh. There shall be no order as to costs of the Writ Petition.
Consequently miscellaneous applications pending, if any in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
