ORDER :
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19079 of 2013, dated 04.07.2013, wherein this Court issued a direction as follows:-
“ Be that as it may, I have no doubt, in my mind, that the Chief Executive Officer of the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty will spare appropriate attention to the contents of the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioners on 18.06.2013 and he would deal with the same on merits and communicate his decision taken thereon as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today”.
Sri Ravi Teja Padiri, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/ Contemnor submitted that original representation was misplaced, again it was traced and this respondent disposed of the application on 12.08.2021 and same is also served on the petitioner.
As requested by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners Sri P.B.Vijay Kumar, liberty may be given to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the respondent dated 12.08.2021, while closing the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, while granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 12.08.2021 passed by the respondent if advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

stand closed.
