COMMON ORDER:-
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri I.Koti Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.
The Writ Petitions are filed seeking declaration that the action of the respondents in not complying with the FTOs vide Proc. FTR Nos.8050418012236 and 8050418012237 dated 04.01.2019 in respect of work ID No.057042721022080016 in Writ Petition No.7853 of 2021; and FTR Nos. 8050418012152 and 8050418012153 dated 02.01.2019 in respect of work ID No. 057042721022080015 in Writ Petition No.7888 of 2021, for the material supplied by the petitioners, as illegal and consequently sought direction to the respondents to comply with the same.
At the time of hearing the Writ Petitions, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that these are covered matters, in view of the earlier common order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.955 of 2021 and batch, and thereby prayed to pass similar orders in these Writ Petitions also, as the writ petitioners are similarly placed with the petitioners in the above common order.
Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj would also fairly concede that this are covered matters in view of the aforesaid common order passed by this Court and thereby prayed to pass appropriate orders in these Writ Petitions also and dispose of the Writ Petitions.

In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the earlier common order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.955 of 2021 and batch. Office is directed to enclose a copy of the said common order in Writ Petition No.955 of 2021 and batch, to this common order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
