ORDER:
This writ petition had been filed by the petitioner challenging the issuance of a tender notification without fixing mandatory eligibility criteria in terms of G.O.Ms.No.94, dated 01.07.2003, as illegal and arbitrary.
It is now submitted that the said tender notification has been withdrawn, as such, nothing survives in this writ petition.
However, Sri Pappu Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the primary contention that the tender notification being issued without fixing the mandatory eligibility criteria, remains unresolved.
In these circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as infructurous leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions raised in the present writ petition, as and when the petitioner faces such difficulties. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
