ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 5th respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop at B.Ramasagaram Village, Beluguppa Mandal, Anantapur District, vide proceedings dated 21.10.2009, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter came up for admission, an interim direction was granted on 07.01.2016 permitting the petitioner to run the fair price shop.
Vacate stay petition has been filed by the Government seeking vacation of the said interim direction.
However, today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in the enquiry that was initiated against the petitioner, no final orders are passed and that, again the petitioner’s authorization was suspended on 24.07.2021 and the notice was also issued on 31.08.2021. As the petitioner’s authorization was suspended again, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said suspension order, if she is so advised.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
