ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting enquiry and prolonging the suspension order passed against the petitioner on 01.12.2015 suspending the authorization as fair price shop dealer, as illegal and arbitrary.
The case of the petitioner is that, he was appointed as fair price shop dealer for Shop No.45 of Yepur Village, Rapur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District; a show-cause notice was issued to him on 01.12.2015 framing 2 charges; the petitioner’s authorization was suspended on 01.12.2015; challenging the said suspension order, the petitioner filed W.P.No.506 of 2016 and the said writ petition was disposed of on 06.01.2016 directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry on or before 02.03.2016; as per the said direction, the petitioner was directed to appear before the 2nd respondent on 09.03.2016; however, the enquiry is not yet completed and without completing the enquiry, the suspension order issued against the petitioner is prolonged. Hence, the present writ petition.
In view of the facts and circumstances, as the enquiry initiated against the petitioner is not completed, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry as

expeditiously as possible, if not completed as on today, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
