THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26112 OF 2008
ORDER:
A Memo dated 07.09.2021 is filed by the learned Standing Counsel for State Housing Corporation, enclosing details of the allotments given in favour of the petitioners. The said list also shows that the individuals standing at serial numbers 7 and 10 do possess their own pacca houses, as such, they are not eligible for housing scheme as per the norms. By placing the said Memo and the enclosed information furnished, on record, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
No order as to costs of the Writ Petition.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
