WRIT PETITION No.19975 OF 2021
ORDER:
Sri M.R.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed by the respondents herein and, in view of the same, petitioners herein may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed
as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
