ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in interfering with the manufacturing, distribution and sale of the petitioner’s Bio-Products of N- WINNER, N-BOOST, N-PUNCH, N-RUDRA, N-BHEESHMA, N- SUPER MITE, N-TWIN, N-GRANULE, N-POWDER, N-GOLD, N-FIGHTER, N-FUNGISTAR, N-BACTIN, N-MYCIN, N-COVER, N-KAVACH, N-CLEAN, N-SHINE, N-SHEETAL, N-SHIELD, N- GRAND, N-WASHOUT, N-SHOT, N-RICH, N-SUPER, N-FLOW, N-PLUS, N-LIFE, N-ULTRAPOWER, as illegal and arbitrary.’
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.13169 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of W.P.No.13169 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021. No costs.
