ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-Dharmavaram Municipality, that the municipal authorities are neither touching the temple nor the land admeasuring Ac.0.10 cents abutting the temple. It is also submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the municipal authorities have removed the unauthorized shop constructed.
Recording the above submissions and placing the same on record, Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
