CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2380 OF 2019
ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri Budige Ranga Swamy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the parties have entered into agreement before the Lok Adalat on 11.09.2021 and the Lok Adalat passed an award in terms thereof and the E.P. was also closed.
In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, nothing remains for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs of the Civil Revision Petition.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
