ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, seeking the following relief:-
“...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents particularly 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of online application dated 03.02.2020 for mutation of Petitioners name in the online web and also for issuance of e- passbook in respect of Ac.1.72 in Sy.No.599/4 and Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.600/1 of Savisettipalli village, S.A.K.N Mandal, YSR Kadapa District as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, high handed and dilatory and consequently direct the respondents particularly 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner submitted on 03.02.2020 for entering the name of the petitioner in the online web and also to issue e-passbook in respect of Ac.1.72 in Sy.No.599/4 and Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.600/1 of Savisettipalli village, S.A.K.N Mandal, YSR Kadapa District and to pass such other order or orders.…”
Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.8412 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.8412 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.8412 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021 to this order.
