ORDER :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India seeking the following relief:

“ to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in deletion of the Online Revenue Records from Webland, even though, the manual revenue records are stand on petitioners names in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.797 and Ac.4.85 cents in Sy.No.794/4 of Koduru Village Fileds, Yarraguntla Mandal, Y.S.R. District as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power, contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and well established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to restore the Online Revenue entries in Webland in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.797 and Ac.4.85 cents in Sy.No.794/4 of Koduru Village Fields, Yarraguntla Mandal, Y.S.R. District, belong to the petitioners and pass”

Upon perusal of the record, after hearing the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the petitioners to submit their explanation pursuant to the show cause notice in Rc.No.591/2020, dated 04.11.2020 issued by Respondent No.4, with all relevant records.

Further, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioners to the show cause notice impugned in the present writ petition,

verify the revenue records as well as Pattas granted to the petitioners by verifying the B-Register and pass appropriate orders within four (04) weeks from the date of the explanation, if any submitted by the petitioners to the impugned show cause notice. Till such time, the respondent authorities are directed not to interfere with the petitioners’ peaceful possession of the property in dispute.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
