ORDER :
This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking the following relief:-
“.....to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondents in not considering and passing orders on the applications dated 17.08.2021 vide Application Nos.ADLC012108212931 and ADLC012108212929 for rectification of entries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.69 cents in Survey No.290/2 and Ac.2.05 cents in Survey No.291/3 of Ramanakkapeta Village, Musunuru Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice, contrary to the Law and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner applications for rectification of entries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.69 cents in Survey No.290/2 and Ac.2.05 cents in Survey No.291/3 of Ramanakkapeta Village, Musunuru Mandal, Krishna District...”
