ORDER:-

The 1^st petitioner had established the 2^nd petitioner College, for offering Para Medical Education. The 2^nd petitioner had been given certificates of recognition in relation to Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management and Operation Theatre Technician Course and certificate of recognition for Diploma in Medical Lab Technician Course by way of certificates dated 25.07.2014, which were valid till 24.07.2019. Apart from this, the 2^nd petitioner was also granted a certificate of renewal relating to the Diploma in Multipurpose Health Assistant (male) which is valid up to 03.10.2023.

The complaint of the petitioners is that the petitioners are not being permitted to admit students in the course of Medical Sterilization and Medical Lab Technician even though the petitioners were entitled for renewal of the certificates relating to the aforesaid two medical courses also.

This Court had dealt with a similar situation in its order dated 13.08.2021 in W.P.No.16456 of 2021.

Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to apply for grant of recognition, from the Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board, which is arrayed as 2^nd respondent, for such courses as the petitioners deem it appropriate. Upon such application being made, the Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board shall apply the provisions of Section 24 of Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board

Act, 2006 r/w Rule 17 of the Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Board Rules, 2006, which has also been considered by this Court in the order dated 03.08.2021 in W.P.No.6297 of 2021.

The 2^nd respondent shall consider the application and pass orders, in accordance with the above direction, within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
